We retain your account and campaign data for as long as your account is active, and afterward as needed to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes.

Affiliate terms: Earn a 10% commission on completed purchases made through your personal referral link — any product on the site qualifies. Commission is calculated on the order subtotal (excluding tax and shipping) and is credited to your account once the referred order is paid. Self-referrals (purchases made through your own link) are not eligible. Commissions start as pending and are paid out by Undeniable on a regular schedule to the email on your account. You may not use spam, paid ads bidding on the Undeniable brand, or incentivized clicks to drive referrals. Undeniable reserves the right to void commissions earned through fraudulent, abusive, or brand-violating activity. Participation is open to all members at no cost, and you can share your link at any time.
