Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Undeniable's automated promotion and PR campaign services. By enrolling or using the platform, you agree to them.
Last updated: August 14, 2026
Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, enrolling in a membership, or submitting a release for campaign, you accept these terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.
Membership & enrollment
Undeniable offers two enrollment tiers: Single Artist and Label / Agency. Label / Agency memberships require a minimum of three artist profiles. Membership is billed annually and grants access to the campaign schedule described at enrollment.
Campaign services
Each membership year includes a set number of release campaigns and press placements, scheduled across the platforms and outlets best suited to keep your submitted releases trending. Specific platforms, outlets, and timing are determined by Undeniable based on genre and availability.
No guarantee of specific results
While every submitted release is campaigned to keep it trending, specific promotion outcomes and press placements vary by genre and release. See our Disclaimers for full details.
Payment & refunds
Membership is billed in full at enrollment. Campaigns already initiated are non-refundable. Refunds for unused, unstarted campaigns may be considered at our discretion.
Artist responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate release metadata, distribution, and required assets. Undeniable is not liable for campaign delays caused by missing or incorrect information.
Intellectual property
You retain all rights to your music. You grant Undeniable a limited license to use your name, image, and release information for campaign, reporting, and promotional purposes.
Account termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activity. You may cancel your membership at any time; billing terms above apply.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our services evolve. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
